Our Level 2 also includes full Extended DISC® Practitioner Certification, an award-winning behavioral analysis tool used by global organizations to enhance communication, leadership, and team dynamics.
In the Emotional Intelligence module, we bring Daniel Goleman’s research to life through the PALM model and P.E.R.M.A framework from Positive Psychology, while our Neurodivergence module introduces essential tools for working with diverse minds in inclusive ways.
