I was a member of the first cohort on Extended DISC offered by Grit in April 2024. It was an eye-opening experience. The tool itself is quite incredible, in how accurate it is in decoding behavioral profiles. The amount of detail in the report is huge and the scenarios that you can put this insight to use are endless. Simply as an observer of human behaviour, it’s fascinating to be able to understand why people think and behave differently. As a coach, it helps you add a very useful layer of awareness, both for yourself and for your client. As a leader, it can be a great asset when working with teams. Marina, the trainer , has a very structured approach and provides you with a great deal of information. Post training support continues on an LI group dedicated to coaches practicing Extended DISC. She also provides you with templates to help you carry your work forward , however you might decide to use Extended DISC. Would highly recommend this course to any student of human behaviour.
